Visiting the Newmarket Foot Centre is your first step to a future with pain-free feet. During your first visit, our highly trained Chiropiodsts, and Staff will establish an exciting and knowledgeable relationship with you to ensure that we address all of your foot care needs. We start off by gathering important background information including a complete medical history, followed by a comprehensive physical examination of your feet and legs, then develop a personalized treatment plan tailored just for you. Please be sure to bring a list of your current medications, as well as your most commonly worn footwear to your first visit.
New patients can either fill out our "New Patient Intake Form" when you arrive OR print it at home and bring it with you to your first appointment.
